Joe is the king of awesome body transformations, a KFC botherer (view the video here) and a creator of weird names for your favourite veg, but underneath his fun exterior is one of THE most effective ways to get healthier and reach a healthy weight. Through teaching people to fuel their bodies properly, his excellent 'Lean in 15' Instagram vids and convenient HIIT workouts, he's helped hundreds of people shake even the most stubborn lbs to reach their happy body place. I mean who doesn't love a before and after photo?
He's good enough to get RW out of bed for a 6am park workout and his expert approach is regularly featured on TV and in magazines. He might seem a bit mental (he is), but when it comes to reaching a healthy weight and improving nutrition there's nobody better. Plus, he is pretty easy on the eye ;)
